Two knives cover nearly the whole series. Early seasons use a Gerber Gator. Once his signature line launched it is the Gerber Bear Grylls Ultimate, which is the most searched item connected to the show. The Ultimate has a fire steel in the sheath, which is why people confuse it with the separate Light My Fire steel he also carries.
